Robbie Gallegos is the Founder and Owner of Elevate Health & Wellness LV. A visionary entrepreneur and relentless problem solver with over 18 years of marketing and sales experience, Robbie founded Elevate with a simple mission: to make healthcare easier to navigate, more accessible, and centered around the patient. Frustrated by the complexity, long wait times, and impersonal nature of traditional healthcare, he set out to build a modern wellness practice focused on convenience, transparency, and exceptional service.
Today, he oversees the company's growth, operations, marketing, and patient experience while working closely with providers and staff to ensure every patient receives personalized, high quality care. Leveraging years of experience serving Las Vegas' hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment communities, Robbie has built Elevate into a trusted wellness destination for industry professionals, locals, and visitors alike. His vision extends beyond Las Vegas, with a commitment to expanding access to personalized wellness services across all 50 states, making premium healthcare more convenient, approachable, and accessible for patients nationwide.

Co-Owner and Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations at Elevate Health & Wellness LV with over 12 years of healthcare experience and 9 years as a registered nurse. She oversees clinical operations, provider coordination, and patient care, ensuring every patient receives safe, personalized treatment and an exceptional experience.
Drea Lightning Luna
A Healthcare and wellness professional with over 10 years of experience in patient care, practice management, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptides, and IV wellness. A certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, she combines clinical expertise with coaching experience to help patients feel informed, supported, and confident.
Tashinia Batt
Tashinia Batt, RN, MSN, MBA, is an experienced nurse leader and registered nurse with extensive experience across acute care, community health, and wellness services. She provides preventive wellness services, IV therapy, and patient education, offering personalized in-clinic and mobile care to help clients optimize their health and overall well-being.
Dr. Elizabeth Bigelow
A board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience, she has a strong background in primary care, urgent care, and concierge medicine, and currently serves as Medical Director for multiple wellness and longevity clinics.Dr. Bigelow specializes in preventative medicine and evidence-based wellness therapies, and is passionate about helping patients improve their health, energy, and overall quality of life. Outside of medicine, she enjoys staying active with her three children and has a lifelong love of sports, especially basketball.
Dr. Lindsey Urbatchka
Our consulting pharmacist brings over 15 years of specialty and compounding pharmacy experience. Supporting Elevate Health & Wellness LV through protocol development, clinical training, and compliance oversight, she helps ensure safe, evidence-based care. Her expertise includes hormone optimization, wellness therapies, personalized treatment planning, and provider support.
Dr. Joseph Pulombo
Joseph started out in medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. While in Erie, he completed his Emergency Medicine residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in 2010. From there, he worked as a traveling ER physician covering hospitals and medical centers all over the United States for 12 years.
